Privacy Policy

Privacy, in plain English first.

Effective July 26, 2026. This policy covers systematicyou.com, run by Systematic You LLC, a Delaware company.

The short version

I collect what you give me (your name and email when you ask for the guide, join the newsletter, book a call, or write to me) plus the standard server logs my web host keeps. I use it to send you what you asked for and to run the business. I don’t sell it, and I don’t share it beyond the services that make the site work. Unsubscribe always works. Questions: monica@systematicyou.com.

What I collect

Information you give me. Your name and email address when you request the free guide, subscribe to the newsletter, or use the contact form. If you book a Strategy Call or another engagement, the booking system collects your name, email, and scheduling details, and payment is handled by a payment processor; card numbers never touch my systems and are never stored by Systematic You.

Information collected automatically. My web host keeps standard server logs, which record things like the pages requested, the rough region a request came from, and the device and browser type. That is a byproduct of serving the site rather than something I track. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts.

How I use it

To deliver what you asked for (the guide, the newsletter, replies to your message, scheduled sessions). To run the business: scheduling, invoicing, and keeping records of client work. To keep the site running and see when something breaks. That’s the list. No selling of personal information, no renting lists, no surprise uses.

Who touches the data

Service providers who run pieces of this site under their own privacy and security terms: email, forms, booking and client records (GoHighLevel, which is what runs behind FG Funnels, with Mailgun delivering the email), payment processing (Stripe), and web hosting (Vercel). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Beyond these, personal information leaves my hands only if the law requires it.

Email, and leaving

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. If you unsubscribe, I stop sending marketing email; messages that are part of something you purchased (receipts, session logistics) still send.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Forms and the booking tool may set a cookie needed to complete what you started; nothing follows you afterward. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site keeps working.

How long I keep it

As long as needed for the purpose you gave it: subscriber records while you’re subscribed, client records for the length of the engagement plus what tax and business law require, contact-form messages as long as the conversation stays live.

Your choices and rights

Email monica@systematicyou.com to ask what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and I’ll honor the request regardless of which state you live in. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional specific rights; the request process is the same email.

Children

This site is for adults running businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards, including limiting data to the named providers above and keeping access to accounts restricted. No online system is perfectly secure, and I won’t pretend otherwise; if a breach ever affects your data, I’ll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version posts here with a new effective date.
