What stays with you
Everything we build prepares work for a person to review and finish. It doesn’t make your decisions for you. You decide what AI can see, what it can do, and when it has to stop and ask you. Every result has someone on your team responsible for it, and we decide together who that is. It all lives in accounts you own, and it keeps running when I’m not there.
Build your system
Start with the Audit. Over two weeks, you fill in a workbook and we have one working session. You leave with a ranked plan: what to build, what can wait, and what to skip. You can carry it out with me or without me. Audits are priced by the size of your business.
Then we build what the Audit found. We work in VIP Days (from $5,000 a day) or a Systematic Build (from $7,500 a month). The work happens inside your own tools, and I design and guide it. I take one build at a time.

Keep me in your corner
Partnership starts at $4,000 a month. It’s for clients whose system is running and who want me around for what comes next. You get two calls a month, and I answer your questions Monday through Friday within two business days. I already know how everything was built.
Coaching starts at $2,000 a month. It’s for people putting their own system together who want regular time with someone who has built one. You get two 30-minute calls a month and support in between. Coaching is booked two months at a time.

Which tools do you work in?
Yours. Everything we build lives inside the tools and accounts you already own, so it keeps running after our work together ends.
What happens with my client data?
Before any client work goes into an AI tool, we look at where that data goes and whether it can be used for training, and we write down the rules for it. This is policy design. It isn’t legal advice, so for anything with legal weight, check with your own counsel.
How long does the Audit take?
Two weeks. You fill in a workbook, we have one working session, and you leave with a ranked plan: what to build, what can wait, and what to skip.
How it starts
- The application. A few questions about your business and what you’re trying to do. I read every one myself, so our first call starts from your answers instead of from scratch.
- The fit call. If it looks like a fit, I send you a link to book twenty minutes. You leave with a first pass on what AI should take off your plate, and the one or two things that should stay yours no matter what gets built.
- The Audit. What it finds decides what we build next.
