The terms in plain English.

The short version

The site gives information. It doesn’t give advice. Reading it, or downloading the guide, doesn’t make you a client. The content is mine. Use it for yourself, and don’t resell it. Paid engagements run on their own signed agreements. Delaware law governs.

Everything on this site is educational and informational. That includes the free guide and the pages about Systematic AI Governance. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer, accountant, or other professional who knows your situation. Reading this site, downloading the guide, or emailing me does not create a consulting engagement, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Engagements begin only when we both sign an agreement.

Purchases

Paid offerings (the Strategy Call, the Audit, and the rest) are described on their pages, priced in US dollars, and governed by the terms presented at booking plus any signed engagement agreement, which controls if the two differ. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

The content is mine; the guide is yours to use

The content on this site belongs to Systematic You LLC. That includes The Systematic Intelligence Method materials and the free guide. You’re welcome to use the guide for your own business, share links to this site, and quote reasonably with attribution. You may not resell the content, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or its forms for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. That includes trying to breach its security or sending spam through its forms. That’s the whole rule.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to outside tools and services, and pieces of it run on third-party providers. I don’t control them and am not responsible for their content or their terms.

No warranties and a liability cap

The site is provided as-is. I work hard to keep it accurate, and AI tools and the laws around them change quickly, so I can’t promise every page is current the moment you read it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Systematic You LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and its total liability related to the site is capped at $100. Paid engagements carry their own terms in their own agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version posts here with a new effective date.
